We've all done that!! Trying to avoid making a life altering decision because we're afraid to make the wrong choice. We know if we decide one way it will limit us in our freedoms. Yet if we don't limit those freedoms we could potentially slip further into a quagmire of darkness where we VIEW our only real joy in life exists. We think like that because we don't know of any other joy other than decay, tragedy, deception, and selfishness. We've made horrible choices and may look at ourselves as the bottom of the barrel, but we still have the power to justify who we have made ourselves out to be and find something acceptable in that. But deep down we suspect there is a better life out there, one free of deceiving ourselves and others of who we think we are and who we really should be in the eyes of God. It's more about us not accepting that, and about us forcing others to accept the way we think.
