Wheel of Habits

Understanding what we do out of simple compulsion is the first step to finding out that we CAN do something to help correct some of those annoying things we do without thinking!  Locate yourself on this wheel and see if there are any connecting patterns.  Then answer the following questions:

  • Do I do these things because of someone else's behavior and how it effects me?
  • Do I do these things because of my own inadequacies?
  • Do I do these things because that's what I saw everyone else doing while growing up?
