Insincerity

When we are insincere we don't care about others feelings or others beliefs, desires, or requests, it simply means we are being selfish.  We can't say that we didn't know because that would be simple ignorance to the fact.  The true insincerity come when we tell ourself and others that we didn't know, but deep down we know fully well and are lying to ourself in order to cover the incongruency.

So insincerity is really a different problem than what we think it is.  It's a problem with our greed for self gratification.   A way for us to feel good at the expense of others and not owning up to the fact that we made a mistake.  Most addicts believe they don't have a problem, so it must someone else's fault.

This is a trademark of a life with an addiction, no ownership for our actions, and no belief in ourself.

Why not start some new good clean habits today?
