Personal issues in our lives are simply designed to pick away at our fortitude. If we start with a weak constitution then it is not a far trip to the bottom. Mastering the temptations thrown in our path throughout our life, is the way to avoid these trip-ups that cause us sooo much grief. Relate it to throwing gasoline near a fire, eventually the fumes from the fuel will drift toward the flames and ignite.
It's much the same with us! If we don't stay away from temptations then the fumes from our behavior will eventually reach the flames and we will be engulfed in a heated affair, sometimes without us even knowing!!
