Groaning

We can groan about our life circumstances, about others attitudes & behaviours, even our own past.
Job 23 talks about experiencing a point in life that is passed words, where all we can do is groan.  We don't know how to fix the harsh words we've said or received from others.  We can't forget about how we were treated or how we treated others. So we just groan at the pain of it all.  Groaning is very biblical;

Job 23:2, “Even today my complaint is bitter; his hand is heavy in spite of my groaning.

Groaning is a way to relieve the internal pressure of knowing that we can do nothing more, or maybe that's  just an option?  Living a life free of stress and internal complex thoughts requires forgiveness and surrender to God.  That means we need a new way of thinking about things!!

So we can forgive, forget, learn, grow, and share.  Or we can groan!!! The choice is always ours.
