I Used To Love You

How can you not love someone you used to?  We say we stop loving because we found something out about someone, or we can't forgive them for something we deem as wrong.

Maybe we are just avoiding them because they speak truth we don't want to hear?  Maybe our carnal instincts for substances or emotions lead us away?  Maybe we are too self-righteous and look down on them?  Maybe we personally wrestle with disobedience?  Maybe we lord things over them and they are avoiding us?  Or maybe we do things to annoy others and they don't love us anymore?

Maybe its time to look a gift horse in the mouth and realize that we are all fallen sinners, we all fall short no matter how right we think we are.  The opposite of "running away and condemning" is "running to and forgiving".  So it must be evil because God is Love!!
